A rare and exciting opportunity to become part of a reputable contractor, specialising in internal packages for tier one clients. You will work on a diverse range of projects, whilst having a clear path of progression to a commercial Manager role within the next 18 months.

This renowned contractor specialise in interior packages for Tier One contractors such as Kier and ISG. Their expertise consist of ceiling, Drywall, SFS and Joinery packages within the healthcare, education and office sectors with project values up to 6M. This role offers the chance to get stuck into technically challenging and exciting projects. Due to an impending retirement this company seeks a Quantity Surveyor ready to step up to Commercial Manager in the next 18 months.

In this role you will oversee cost control of multiple projects from concept through to completion. You'll be responsible for completing Tender enquiries, bill of qualities, Monthly valuations, CBRs through to final accounts. You will work under the commercial manger preparing to take heir role upon their retirement in approximately one year.

The ideal candidate will have a Quantity surveying background in the Commercial Construction industry looking to join a close knit team. You will be motivated to receive training and assured progression opportunities within the company.

• Strong Quantity Surveying background
• Commercial Construction knowledge - ideally internal refurbishment
• Highly motivated candidate
• Full UK driving licence
