Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a well-established Consultancy based in Winchester, are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Quantity Surveyor will be working on high end residential / commercial projects ranging from new builds to refurbishments. You will be working with a professional team and this position also offers hybrid working.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has a background working for a consultancy in a similar role, and must be able to commute to Winchester. Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Must have experience working in a similar position
• Consultancy experience is essential
• High end project experience would be advantageous
• Full UK Driver's license
• Professional Manner
• Relevant certificates and qualifications

Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Salary: �40,000 - �50,000 - Potentially more for the right candidate
• 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
