Job title:              Quantity Surveyor

Remuneration:   £55,000+ per annum

Location:             Ruislip

O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor with strong background working for Subcontractors. Our client are a very reputable carpentry subcontractor who are looking to on-board a permanent quantity surveyor with solid stints in each job.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines. This role will be based in the office full time and will include Estimating duties as well as the normal requirements of the quantity surveyors role.

The successful Quantity Surveyor candidate will have:

• Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor.


• Long stints in each job


• Prior experience working for Subcontractors (Bonus if Carpentry).


• Understanding and some experience of estimation.


• A collaborative approach and will always be punctual and reliable.
