Quantity Surveyor

Due to expansion, we have a permanent job opportunity available for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Braintree.�
The salary available is up to �70'000, depending on your experience within Property Development / Construction.�
Benefits include ample free car parking, pension, holiday and a great work environment. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.�
As the Quantity Surveyor you will be working for a successful and growing Property Development company within Construction.�
Solid experience is required in Buying, Estimating, Valuations, Commercial Management and BOQ (bill of quantities).�
Due to the location and role you will need to be a car driver to be considered for this opportunity,�
