If you are from a�Civil Engineering/ Groundworks�or�Utilities Background�this may be a transitional role you have been looking for to keep you involved in civil engineering, whilst being part of one the most exciting development projects in the SouthWest.

This 15 year development project involves the build of apartments, mixed use hubs, leisure and transportation link sas part of a master development. As part of the infrastructure team you will work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure the contractors are being managed, providing the resources required to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.

The project will range from groundworks, treatment works to rail and transport hubs. Over the duration this project will provide a lot of diversity and the opportunity to progress. It will suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career and provide the opportunity to work as lead contractor, consultant and client in one scheme.�

• Successful experience at Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor level


• Understanding of basic contract law and contractual obligations


• Ability to measure works, use of CAD, other software packages

• Open Collaborative approach and willing to help and assist those around you�


• Educated to HND/Degree level in a relevant Commercial, Construction or Project Management qualification (preferred)
