Quantity Surveyor - Utility Infrastructure

We are working with the broadband infrastructure & telecommunications division of one of the UK's leading multi-disciplinary infrastructure contracting groups.The company has grown continuously over the past five years and works in collaborative partnerships with some of the industry's most recognised clients.Due to the continuous growth of this business, they are recruiting quantity surveyors of all levels to join their commercial team based in their head office in Bristol.Ideally, candidates will have a background in infrastructure-related projects, NEC contractual knowledge, and previously worked within a framework environment, gaining experience of contract administration, contract negotiation, client application for payment & change management.In return, they will offer an excellent salary, package, flexible working, and a truly progressive environment in which to further your career.Duties & Responsibilities:
* Preparing and submitting initial accounts and final accounts with the support of the project team
* Negotiation of pricing and T&Cs with our Clients
* Negotiation of pricing and T&Cs with our supply chain
* Contract Administration including issuing of the appropriate notices, payments etc.
* Providing critical commercial support to the project team
* Cost and Value Reconciliation
* Proactive and timely cash recovery
