An established London based contractor that work on prestigious projects providing civils engineering, piling and major demolition services to their customers.� They have an enviable reputation for the safe delivery of projects, on-time and to budget and invest heavily within their workforce, actively encouraging promotion from within.� With a healthy order book for the remainder of 2022 into 2023 they continue to grow with most work coming from repeat orders.





Quantity Surveyor / Senior





They now are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors with civil engineering/groundworks experienced to be based on-site in Central London. �You will become an integral part of the commercial team either taking financial control of a project allocated or part of a team on a larger more complex scheme.�





You will:






  • Ideally be HNC/Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or have relevant experience

  • Three years plus within a UK civil engineering/groundworks contractor as a quantity surveying role

  • Good knowledge of NEC/JCT or Bespoke forms of contract

  • Able to take financial control on projects from tender stage through to final account

  • Excellent commercial acumen

  • Well organised with excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Be polished client facing

  • Able to work well alone or within a larger team

  • Ambitious and keen to develop skills and grow within business

  • Stable work history





This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor seeking a fresh new challenge based on projects predominately within Central London.�
