Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Fit Out UK are a leading interior fit out contractor and relocation services provider working in the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential Sectors.

We are currently looking for a new Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join us to oversee the commercials on 2 new build warehouses in the Yorkshire area.

The value of these projects is up to �25million and�are set to run for the next 2-3 years.

You will be reporting into the Managing Surveyor and we are looking for someone experienced with:

• Construction Management Contracts


• Experienced in Collateral Warranties / JCT Contract �


• Procurement and ongoing management of Trade Packages


• Cash Flow Forecasting


• Monthly Valuations


• Variations / FA management


• Ideally experience within new build commercial construction


• Weekly Commercial Reporting / Updates.


• Weekly Design / Progress Meeting attendance

Other Requirements:

• Degree Qualified or Equivalent


• Ideally based in and around Yorkshire


• Experience of Warehouse construction


• Team Player, wanting to be part of something bigger and taking pride in delivering exceptional projects

We are hiring immediately and there is flexibility on hours/location of work for the right person. Salary/Benefits negotiable, can be PAYE or Contract.
