Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum + Company Car
Responsibilities:
Conducting detailed cost analysis and preparing estimates for Scaffolding, Cradle, Temporary Works, Access, & Mast Climber solutions.
Collaborating with project managers to develop budgetary requirements and cost plans.
Managing tender processes and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitoring project costs, variations, and valuations throughout the project lifecycle.
Providing timely and accurate financial reports to senior management.
Evaluating and negotiating contractual agreements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience in Quantity Surveying
Thorough knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
