Key Responsibilities:

�Lead quantity surveying efforts for residential development projects, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.

�Manage contractual relationships and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

�Collaborate with project teams to manage budgets, contracts, and procurement processes effectively.

Requirements:

�Able to work on own initiative, with the drive to take ownership of projects

�Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.

�comprehensive understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management principles.
