Job Title: Chartered Quantity Surveyor MRICSLocation: Birmingham, United KingdomSalary: £55,000-£65,000Position Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects by ensuring accurate cost management, contract administration, and financial control. You will be part of a collaborative team working on diverse and exciting projects that contribute to the growth and success of our company.Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting cost estimates and preparing tender documents
* Managing and reviewing project budgets
* Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor agreements
* Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders
* Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process.
* Producing financial reports and forecastsQualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficient in relevant software and toolsSalary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.Benefits:
