Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + packageLocation:A leading Main Contractor that have been operating for over 90 years’ are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their offices near Coulsdon, Surrey.The company have a great reputation in the industry for delivering high quality projects across a number of sectors including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, leisure and commercial, encompassing new build and refurbishment projects up to £15m.They have a number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline, and as a result are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong track record working on various projects.They are looking for someone with extensive experience on new build and refurbishment experience across a range of sectors, familiar with D&B and JCT projects. The Quantity Surveyor will be based between their offices near Coulsdon, Surrey, and on sites.Experience:Ideally Degree QualifiedMinimum of 5 years’ experience working for a reputable Main ContractorAble to work autonomouslyExperienced working on D&B & JCT projectsNew build and refurbishment experienceTrack record working on projects across a range of sectorsFull UK Drivers’ licenseAble to commute to Coulsdon, SurreyIf you are a Quantity Surveyor with the right experience and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on: 07733 529 573
