Main Contractor is seeking to take on a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.�

Specialising in high end residential new build, refurbishment, basements, fit out, and structural alteration projects around the Chelsea, Kensington, and Knightsbridge areas as well as country homes to the West of London and in the Oxfordshire area.�

It is desirable that the candidate have experience in:

• Worked on residential projects between �5-50 million


• Projects that have included high-end finishes or complex refurb works


• Experience with private clients as well as being client facing


• Basement and structural works conducted within prime residences would be beneficial


• Full package refurbishment and new build of projects taking jobs from conception to white box or through full fit out handover

Main Contractor:

The main contractor is based in Wets London, with a �75 million turnover from prime residential works.

They have experienced impressive growth, which is testament to the business acumen and proven pedigree of their senior management team.

They also have a 'Structures' division that specialise in basement and structural works carried out on a subcontract and principle contractor basis.

Projects in London are typically from �1m to �15m.

They currently have major projects in Surrey and Oxfordshire, including one new build residence with a contract value of �45m and another at c. �100m which in our opinion is the most impressive super prime residential build in the UK at present.
