Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + packageLocation:Region: LondonI have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a niche construction company that specialise in the high end residential sector, based out of their West London offices.The company have been operating for close to 15 years, specifically in the luxury residential sector, carrying out a range of new build, refurbishments, extensions, conversions, basement and cut and carve projects.Due to an increased workload, they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis. The ideal person will have a strong track record working in the high end residential sector; predominantly on refurbishments, extensions, conversions and basement cut and carve projects.Quantity Surveyor:Ideally Degree qualified or other relative qualificationsMinimum of 5 years’ experience working for a reputable main contractorResidential / high end residential project experienceExcellent commercial skills and awarenessCapable of running projects autonomouslyAble to commute to West London on a daily basisIf you are a Quantity Surveyor and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob Apps on: 07733 529 573
