My client is in search of an experienced Quantity Surveyor to enhance there established team, focusing on housing/residential groundworks packages within the building and civil engineering sectors.
With a solid reputation spanning over six decades, my clients core business specialises within the civils & groundworks division. Owing to an upsurge in workload, they present an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join there team.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head Of Civils, you will be accountable for:
Issuing subcontract enquiries and orders
Establishing a monitoring regime on subcontractor accounts
Identifying and measuring changes/delays to works
Assisting in creating contract budgets and contract reporting
Submission of substantiated valuations
Cost and value reconciliations
