If you are proactive and looking to join an increasingly growing company, then please consider this role for you.My client is looking for a Junior Quantity surveyor for he following:Responsibilities:- Assisting in the preparation of tender and contract documents- Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work- Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies- Performing risk, value management and cost control- Advising on procurement strategy- Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks- Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders- Allocating work to subcontractors- Providing advice on contractual claims- Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports- Valuing completed work and arranging paymentsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field- Excellent numerical skills- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Proficiency in relevant software packagesWe offer a competitive salary package, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
