Quantity Surveyor - Glazing .partitioning, dry lining

Our client is a large specialist sub-contractor based in Canary Wharf.They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has experience within a subcontractor environment and with knowledge of Commercial Glazing, Dry Lining, Steel Framing Systems (SFS), Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering, Screeding, Rendering and Fire Stopping. This role involves Tracking costs and labour through the project. Preparing costs for variations. Producing monthly valuations. Carry out full construction take off, prepare construction cost plan, track costs & Labour costs efficiency through the project. Prepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts and manage through to final account.
