Quantity Surveyor - Glazing .partitioning, dry lining

Our client is a large specialist sub-contractor based in Canary Wharf.They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has experience within a subcontractor environment and with knowledge of Commercial Glazing, Dry Lining, Steel Framing Systems (SFS), Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering, Screeding, Rendering and Fire Stopping.

This�role involves Tracking costs and labour through the project.�Preparing costs for variations.��Producing monthly valuations. Carry out full construction take off, prepare construction cost plan, track costs & Labour costs efficiency through the project.��Prepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts and manage through to final account.�
