Quantity Surveyor Estimator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and their responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients to establish project requirements and attend site visits;
Analyse tenders, construction plans, specifications and other tender documents;
Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers;
Prepare quotations, tender and contract documents (including bills of quantities) for the Managing Directors review and approval;
Monitor progress on site;
Monitor project costs and prepare monthly valuation reports;
Assess risks and implement risk mitigation strategies with support from Managing Director;
Manage variations and change orders;
