Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Our client are a Merseyside based regional contractor delivering high quality projects across the North West. Their experience spans across a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Retail, with projects valued up to �5m.

They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

• Issuing of sub-contractor tender enquiries
• Evaluation of sub-contractor quotations
• Site measurement of building works undertaken
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly CVR reports
• Preparing and submission of monthly Profit and Loss reports
• Agreement of Client variations
• Responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates and cost plans.
• Identify any financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
• Measure quantities and produce Bills of Quantities and/or oversee their production by others.
• Ensures enquiries are issued and quotations received from subcontractors and suppliers.
