Quantity Surveyor/Estimator - RC Frame

My client is a industry civil engineering contractor with multiple contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join the company and manage RC Frame and Formwork packages alongside an existing experienced commercial team.

My client would also consider a Senior QS, or somebody slightly less experienced with the relevant project background.

Quantity Surveyor�Responsibilities:

• Utilise your expertise to accurately assess project requirements, costs, and timelines.


• Collaborate closely with our project management and engineering teams to develop comprehensive estimates.


• Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, site conditions, and materials to ensure precise cost projections.


• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance our estimation processes.

Quantity Surevyor�Requirements:

• Proven experience in estimation or�quantity�surveying within the RC Frame and Formwork industry.


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
