Our client is a family owned and rapidly expanding construction contracting company with an excellent portfolio of projects to date and very respectable client base. They specialise in suspended ceilings, fire protection, drylining, and acoustic wall paneling.

This position offers progression to Commercial Manager of an incredibly successful business. It also offers the opportunity for someone to learn about the fire protection industry which is an incredibly profitable and lucrative market at the minute.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced quantity surveyor with experience in the drylining and partitioning market.

• Production and pricing of bills of quantity from drawings and specifications
• Meeting agreed targets
• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Financial analysis of current and upcoming projects
• Develop responses to commercial changes
• Sub-contract management
• Liaise with project management team
