We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in repairs/disrepair contracts. The role is based in Waltham Abbey with the flexibility to travel to the head office in Bracknell at least ones a week. As a Quantity Surveyor, your main responsibility will be to evaluate and bill our clients' work, using either NHF or customised Schedule of Rates. You will be expected to convert Work in Progress (WIP) into invoices promptly while adopting a strategic approach to maximize value and margins on assigned contracts.
