They are specialists in façade and drylining, working across across the residential, commercial, education, healthcare, leisure and retail sectors.
HQ based in Essex.
The Role - Quantity Surveyor - Facades
My client are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor, to join their commercial team in Essex.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will:
Estimate, prepare and submit detailed cost plans, bills of quantities and other tender documents
Identify, evaluate and prepare variations to the contract
Prepare and submit monthly valuations and invoices for works completed
Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
