The Role
Role and Responsibilities (this is not an exhaustive list) The Quantity Surveyor is required to be nearing qualification of a quantity surveying degree or hold a degree in quantity surveying. The person should be able to carry out most of the quantity surveying requirements of a construction and/or civil engineering project throughout the equivalent RIBA stages, that being at both pre and post contract stages.
