Salary: £40k - £50k + pkg DOE Location: London Region: LondonWe are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work for one of our top clients on a recently awarded £30m TFL project based in London. This will consist of upgrades of various stations to align with the incoming Crossrail link. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who are continuously winning high profile projects.Candidate requirements:Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or similarAt least 2 to 3 years Post Graduate experience within Civil Engineering, preferably railExperience with NEC3 contractsPreviously worked for a main contractorProfessional Spec:ReportingMeasure and ValueCost Control & Budget ManagementRecord KeepingForecast Cost to CompletionApplicationsCash flowChange Management and ClaimsSubcontract ProcurementMaximise IncomeClient and Supply Chain RelationshipsConflict AvoidancePlease send across a copy of your CV with a cover sheet and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
