The company has an elite client base of high net worth individuals building their dream homes. The projects are based in London covering areas including Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Mayfair. They are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor must have experience successfully running high end luxury residential projects between £5m-£20m and has been working with a medium to large sized main contractor who have established themselves well in this industry sector. Quantity Surveyor Sample Duties:Monthly cost reportsCost value reconciliation (CVR)Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliersTake offsFinal accountsMonitoring tender event schedules.2 stage tender experience (Not Essential)Requirements:Relevant Quantity Surveying degree or Quantity Surveying experienceHigh End Residential experienceMain Contracting experience in either New Build, Refurbishment or fit-outProject Values £3 million +Stable job historyDue to volume of applications only relevant applications will be contacted!
