The ideal candidate must have civil engineering experience working for a civil engineering contractorThe ideal Candidate must be:Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management (or similar, HNC will be considered)Minimum of 5 years Commercial Experience in the UKPrevious experience working with a contractor in a Civil Engineering environmentFamiliar with NEC forms of contractsGeneral day to day responsibilities include:ReportingMeasure and ValueCost Control & Budget ManagementRecord KeepingForecast Cost to CompletionApplicationsCash flowChange Management and ClaimsSubcontract ProcurementMaximise IncomeClient and Supply Chain RelationshipsConflict AvoidanceDispute Management and Resolution
