Thorn Baker is pleased to be working with a Groundworks and Civil Engineering Contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will work on various domestic groundworks schemes in the Oxfordshire region. This role is of a permanent nature and will provide a stable working environment for the successful candidate

Thorn Baker's client is seeking a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor. The suitable individual will take up a key role in overseeing various domestic groundworks projects, reporting into the Commercial Director

As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will:

• Prepare internal contract valuations
• Develop & produce CVR reports
• Oversee application and invoicing process
• Compile forecasts and attend forecast Meetings

Thorn Baker's client is looking for someone with:

• Excellent understanding of NEC suite of contracts
• Demonstrable experience working on similar groundworks based projects
• Experience in producing internal and external reports
