Quality Technician - Fresh produce

We currently offer an exciting opportunity to join a successful Fresh Produce supplier, becoming a key member of the Quality & Technical team as QC / Quality Controller.

The position of QC / Quality Controller will be instrumental in assisting the QC team with day-to-day activities, with a focus on quality control inspections of product, packaging, and labelling.

Key responsibilities include;

Product quality inspection

Work to & achieve daily team & business KPI's

Maintain a high level of Hygiene and Health & Safety

Ensure all product packaging & labelling meets expected standards

Collect samples and assist in resolving any issues or defects in a timely manner

We require;

Experience in a Quality Control / Quality Assurance role

Fresh Produce knowledge advantageous, ideally Fruit and/or Salad

Good attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Location; Swanley, Kent

Salary; �13.44 / Paid hourly + Overtime after 48 hours

Day Shift; 5 days a week covering 1 day at the weekend - 40-45 hours p/w
