Quality Technical Clerk

We are looking to appoint a Quality Technical Clerk to join our team based at our premises in Grimsby.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with all staff within the business to ensure that working practices, procedures are followed and comply with quality initiatives.
The successful candidate will be required to complete the following job activities:
Compile the Project Quality Data Dossier in adherence to Client’s requirements.
Scanning and filing of Work Preparation Packs, including Isometric drawings, prefabrication/erection control lists and welding logs.
Inputting weld logs and NDT reports onto QMS.
Review of the Work Preparation Packs to control errors and inaccuracies and hand back to relevant departments for corrective action.
Booking-in of incoming documents and data, ensuring original copies of documentation/drawings are Master Copy” stamped, dated and checked against the accompanying transmittal record.
Ensuring all drawings, specifications, procedures are identified with the contract number and entered into the Document Control module data base.
Distribute all received documentation to all relevant departments undercover of a Document Transmittal.
Ensure a digital copy of the Project Quality Data Dossier has been saved into the Quality Archive and is easily accessible if required during an Audit.
Ensure Drive folders are set up and managed pre-post Kick Off Meetings
