Quality Systems Coordinator / Advisor – RailLocation: Chesterfield , DerbyshireSalary: Circa £35,000 - £40,000Summarya multi-disciplinary railway turnkey business, capable of undertaking a wide variety of rail projects, from solution recommendations to complete design and construction who are looking to hire a Quality Systems Coordinator to support the business by controlling documentation which directly or indirectly forms part of the company' Management Systems.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Managing, maintaining and improving the QMS system, ensuring all programs, policies and procedures are up to date and in line with business best practice, compliant and regulatory requirementsEnsuring the system and documentation conforms to ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015Review, formatting and updating documents to ensure they meet company standardsResponsibility for planning and managing the internal audit scheduleSchedule, manage and chair review meetings for quality, environmentalSupport cross functional departments with their compliance and performance measures for quality and environmentalDrive a culture of continuous improvementMaintain the database with accurate information
Seeking candidates with;
Experience working in similar role within the rail / construction sectorQuality Assurance experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation skills and a good attention to detailAn understanding of ISO
