Quality Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Supervisor to join our clients busy team on a permanent basis.A Metallurgical background is essential, ideally within aerospace.The main purpose of the role is to maintain customer confidence, ensuring all materials continue to meet their high standards and requirements.Responsibilities include:
* Ensure the quality system is maintained through continuous improvement working closely with the Operations team
* Ensure total adherence to the company quality procedures
* Arrange all equipment is calibrated at specified intervals
* Conduct investigations to establish root cause
* Follow corrective actions and work with colleagues to arrange resolution
* Export licencing duties working closely with the Corporate Export Licencing ManagerSkills/Experience required:
* Familiar with ISO9001:2015 & AS9100 standards
* Problem resolution experience - addressing supplier/customer issues as required
* Customer facing experience
* Understanding of measurements and tolerances
* Internal auditing/producing quality reports
* Full UK Driving licenceWorking hours:
* Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
