Quality Manager

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Quality Manager based close to the Lutterworth area. The position is working with an internationally respected manufacturer who have multiple sites across the UK and the rest of the world.This role reports into the Plant Manager and will act as key interface between all of the site's operational teams to ensure a consistent approach and achievement of Quality targets. Responsible for Quality at plant levelEnsure Group and National requirements incorporated in local standards and proceduresRegular assessment and verification of the constancy of product and process performance (compliance with internal and external quality standards)Responsible for managing and performing plant quality testingPermanent monitoring of factory production control (Receiving inspection of raw materials, processes, intermediate and end products)Responsible of cleanliness and safety inside the factory (5s)Duties of the Quality ManagerDevelopment of Quality within the plantReporting directly to the Plant Manager regarding quality conditioning in the PlantImplementing knowledge of ISO 9001, SAP and ERP systemsEssential Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for Quality ManagerTo be able to train and develop a teamExperience of a KPI environmentBasic Production and Quality KnowledgeTime served within Raw MaterialsThis Quality Manager role offers a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading multinational business.
