Key Responsibilities of Quality Manager

• Oversight and enhancement of company-wide quality systems


• Facilitation of communication with customers and suppliers


• Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions


• Leading and motivating a small team of quality professionals


• Conducting internal and external audits


• Providing support and training to employees on quality, audit, and inspection procedures


• Spearheading efforts to maintain continuous product or service quality through process controls, data analysis, and measurement


• Participation in new product development (NPD), new product introduction (NPI), and engineering change activities to ensure compliance with standards

Requirements of Quality Manager

• Proven experience managing quality within a fast-paced manufacturing setting


• Previous supervisory experience


• Proficiency in internal and external auditing processes


• Comprehensive knowledge and utilization of quality tools such as SPC, APQP, PPAP submissions, FMEA, and Control Plans


• Strong customer-facing skills


• Thrives in a lively, bustling, and friendly organizational culture
