Work Schedule and Compensation:


  • Monday to Thursday: 07:45 - 16:30
  • Friday: 07:45 - 12:45
  • Approximately £50,(Apply online only), contingent on experience

Key Responsibilities: As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our client's AS9100 Certification, overseeing Customer Approvals, and managing the Company Quality Management System (QMS). Responsibilities include:


  • Leading the Inspection Team and offering detailed support.
  • Compiling and presenting Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Senior Management Team.
  • Identifying trends for continuous improvement, aiming to enhance delivered Quality and reduce the cost of poor Quality.
  • Conducting timely investigations of Non-Conformances and implementing robust preventative actions.
  • Collaborating with other group company quality functions to promote best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining an annual internal audit program.

Key Qualifications and Experience: Successful candidates should have:


  • HNC or HND Qualification.
  • AS9100 qualified auditor (internal or external).
  • Proven track record of Quality Management in a similar role.
  • Detailed knowledge of AS9100 good practice methodology.
  • Technical inspection knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Quality Tools (5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa, Pareto analysis).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with MRP systems.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma principles.
  • Mechanical Inspection expertise.
  • Technical CNC machining experience.
