Manucomm are currently looking to recruit a QSM Quality Manager / Produce Excellence & Quality Manager to work for a successful and innovative technical fabric manufacturing company
 
Reporting into the Head of Technical,  this a permanent role with a very competitive salary for the right person.

As the Product Excellence and Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and sustaining the QMS quality management system. Your primary objective is to ensure that all products not only meet but exceed customer requirements and industry standards. This role involves implementing and overseeing quality processes, conducting thorough quality inspections, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, elevating customer satisfaction, and upholding our reputation for delivering superior products.

Key skills required for the role:
·Previous Quality Manager experience - Leadership skills, own and deliver required tasks and projects
·Knowledge of Quality Management Systems QMS, standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO13485, etc.), and regulatory requirements
·Experience in food, medical, pharmaceutical or technical fabric sector
·Someone who is pragmatic and flexible and isn't deterred to get their hands dirty
·Influence other business stakeholder, and drive continuous improvement.
·Be involved in seeing and fixing problems - from A to Z
·Proven experience in delivering change
·Someone that is comfortable to step outside of their comfort zone and challenge/manage operational decisions that will lead to quality excellence.

This role is commutable from Bridgwater, Taunton, Bristol, Yeovil, Taunton, Honiton, Exeter
