Quality Lead

Primary Goal are an award-winning provider of digital, cyber and ICT apprenticeship and non-apprenticeship training. We are delighted to be growing our team and are looking to appoint a new Quality Lead to drive forward the quality of our programmes.As a Quality Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of the quality assurance cycle whilst providing necessary training, guidance and support to our Delivery team. The overall objective of the role is to drive-up quality standards and improvements to ensure all learners are able to reach their full potential.The role:Conduct quality assurance activities, including but not limited to: sampling, developing the IQA strategy and executing IQA sampling plans.Conduct observations of teaching and learning in line with the developmental and graded observation plan and the Education Inspection Framework (EIF).Lead standardisation meetings to ensure consistency across delivery, learner evidence and assessment methods.Deliver training, mentoring and support to Coaches to ensure compliance with the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.Improve the quality of education across Primary Goal, working closely with the Quality and Delivery teams.Demonstrate best practice for quality of education, behaviours and attitudes, and leadership and management.Essential experience/knowledge/qualifications:Proven experience within a similar role and sector, preferably within IT/digitalTeaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).Assessing qualification (CAVA, A1, or equivalent).IQA qualification.Our ideal candidate:A meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail who is always looking to improve processes.A team player who enjoys cross-department collaboration.A confident and articulate communicator, both written and verbally.Primary Goal offers:A salary of £32,000-£35,000 D.O.E.Remote working with all necessary IT equipment provided.25 days holiday plus bank holidays.An extra day of leave for your birthday, and an increasing holiday allowance with length of service.Company pension scheme.Regular team meetings, get togethers and all-expenses-paid social events.Tailored opportunities for growth and progression.
