Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector required to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Christchurch area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quality inspector that is based in the area and has previous experience working within a industries such as aerospace, defence, electronics and motor sport.

Quality Inspector Position Overview

• Detailed inspection of all components upon entry using onsite precision measuring equipment including micrometres, verniers and CMM.
• Pre-process and final inspection checks of assembled components
• Calibration logging of tooling and inspection
• Recording information for audit purposes

Quality Inspector Position Requirements

• Previous experience within Quality Inspection
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical engineering drawings and specifications.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure to deliver to deadlines.
• Able to generate inspection reports and articulate issues to management team.
• CMM experience is very advantageous

Quality Inspector Position Remuneration

• Full time - Permanent
• Monday to Friday - 37 hours - 07:30am to 16:00pm (12:30pm finish on Fridays)
• Hourly rate - �15 to �17 (DOE)
• Competitive holiday allowance
