This role is a full-time hybrid position based at our Chorley office.Responsibilities:Create and co-ordinate the audit schedule, this includes facility audits andsupplier audits which were undertaken by the HSEQ team.Control of Legislation Service Update systemInput of findings data and follow-up for close out.Administration and creation of the SharePoint site for the IMS.Revise the Nonconformity Log with closure/update information supplied.Support with document development (procedures, forms, templates etc) onrequest and ensure adequate document control.Collation of data and reports for the Management Review process.Coordinate the locations and scope document for BSI.Populate BSI assessment schedule.Provide bid data.Help with Achilles Audit Annually.Minuting Quality/HSEQ meetings as required.General administrative support to Quality and Compliance Lead.Occasional support to the HSEQ team.Skills and Experience:Good IT skills- including experience in using MicrosoftOffice suite and SharePoint.Excellent attention to detail.Good communication skills.Good interpersonal and adminExperience in a similar role would be an advantage.A basic understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001We encourage you to apply for this role as soon as you can.
