Role SummaryManage the client audit regimePrimary point of contact for completion of people assessmentsReview risk assessments required across client activities and sites, distribution and closure of associated actions under CBRE controlReview of RAMS relating to Landlord works and other appointed contractors and ensure all relevant information and approvals are stored in the correct area with the relevant register updatedAttend client meeting as a key contributor at retail MeetingsAct as the contact point for Accident and Incident reporting and complete initial investigations within the agreed timescales to meet client KPI’s.Review any new and existing management system documents as assigned within the annual review program adhering the approval processAttend Risk Register Meeting and delegate any actions during periods of absenceWorking collaboratively with partner organisations and stakeholders on QHSEParticipate in auditing of CBRE service linesWork with the Line Manager and other business stakeholders to maintain the risk register, ensuring that current risks, which require further risk control measures to be applied are documented and trackedSupport applications for industry related awards by external bodies or application for benchmarking and recognition schemesEnsure the timely and complete reporting of all accidents, incidents, near misses and corrective actions in line with CBRE processesLead and support initiatives and best practice activities in all areas of QHSE ManagementProvide guidance and practical expertise on all matters related to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality, ensuring there is appropriate day-to-day support and guidance to both internal and external customers in the delivery of the CBRE safety management systemDemonstrate integrity and ensure compliance with all business wide policy and strategy through QHSE Management System AuditEnsure the achievement of agreed functional standards and service level agreementCompile and maintain reporting and performance monitoring, analysis and review against established metrics to coach and educate account based staffSupport effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to managementSupport the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental aspects of new businessAssist as necessary with reviews of existing Policies, Procedures, Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of WorkBring to the attention of the Divisional QHSE Director any hazards or risks not addressed in the Company Safety PolicyTo be able to quantify and appraise compliance against legal and corporate standards in your divisionPerson Specification Formal management qualification in Health and Safety management and Environmental managementPractical application of auditingMembership of IOSH at a minimum of graduate levelDemonstrable continued professional development.Specialist and strategic higher managerial experience in Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management.Practical experience in Risk Management, Best Value analysis of QHSE resource support provision and Development / implementation of policy and processEvent investigation & analysisDevelopment and delivery of QHSE training Desirable Formal management qualifications in environmental or Safety management system auditing
