Job Title: Quality Engineer



Industry: Automotive�



Salary: �40,000 - �45,000



Hours: 7am-4pm (Mon-Thurs) 7am-12pm (Fri)



Our client is a manufacturing company that manufactures and supplies components to the automotive industry.�



This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced quality engineer to help push the business forward during a period of growth.�



Opportunity:



The Quality Engineer's role entails overseeing product quality and investigate the reasons behind defects and unnecessary processes. Offering solutions to enhance company performance by reducing defects and streamlining processes for added value throughout.



Key Skills:




  • Effective Communication skills

  • Proactive problem-solving skills

  • Competent in analytical and evaluative techniques

  • ISO 9001 experience



Responsibilities:




  • Enhance operational procedures to meet business efficiency goals.

  • Lead improvement initiatives with clear targets, plans, and KPIs.

  • Decrease non-conformance through effective CAPA implementation, involving operational teams.

  • Support Quality Management system development for driving improvements.

  • Oversee internal audits and Supplier Quality Assurance.

  • Handle customer complaints and represent quality at customer review meetings.
