Quality Engineer

Position: Quality Engineer

Location: Bicester

Job Type: Permanent (Hybrid)

My client who innovates and manufacture top electronic products to help navigational systems for many different industries.

Role and Responsibilities –

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of all quality processes to ensure compliance throughout the business.

Other responsibilities include:

• Plan and conduct internal audits in alignment with the appropriate standards, document findings and ensure improvement / corrective actions are implemented and effective.
• Support with the administration and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Identify the need for and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Support the Quality Manager with external auditors as required

Experience or Qualifications –

• Experience in a similar quality engineer position (ideally within manufacturing or electronics)  
• Working to ISO9001 standards
• Internal and External Auditing experience
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Candidates who currently are a Quality Engineer, QMS Engineer, Junior Quality Engineer, Quality Coordinator or Auditing Professional would be suitable for this position.
