We are working with an established company that specialising in manufacturing and providing essential products for people in need. They are recruiting for a�Quality Engineer to join their team due to expansion and are offering up to �38,000 per annum working on Days (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities include:

• Maintain the QMS system and ensure compliance within the whole company


• To create & manage Quality Control plans using risk management


• Using the MRP system to record and control pass/ fail criteria


• Support production by creating inspection criteria and checking first off production items


• Leading internal audits, maintaining the audit schedule


• Conduct supplier audits either desk top reviews or site visits


• Use Corrective Action process for non-conformances to drive Continuous Improvement


• Support production in their NCR, customer complaints and corrective action processes.


• Keep informed of developments and updates in standard and regulations applicable


• To help develop a culture of CI within the Company

Qualifications:

• Engineering / HNC or equivalent experience


• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO9001)
