We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer to join a cutting-edge business, working on the day-to-day management of the operations NCR System. The successful Quality Engineer will be responsible for:
  • Actively managing the company's NCR System.
  • Utilising audit skills for internal and supply chain audits, and having the opportunity to improve and rationalise quality, business, and department-specific processes.
  • Occasional requirement for worldwide travel, providing an exciting opportunity for collaboration with managers, engineers, and suppliers on a global scale. By ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Playing a key role in driving sustainable quality control measures and improvements.
  • Focussing on continuous improvement projects and maintaining high standards of quality documentation and records.
  • Maintaining the calibration of all site equipment, facilitating effective CAPA actions within the NCR System, and supporting customer audits and inspections.
  • Maintaining behaviour in compliance with HSE requirements, demonstrating a commitment to personal accountability and safety in the workplace.

The successful Quality Engineer will have:
  • HNC or above in a manufacturing/quality-based discipline.
  • Lead Auditor Training
  • Technical competencies in ISO 9001
  • High level knowledge of CI tools & Methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
