Job Title: Quality Engineer (Precast Concrete)

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Salary: 50k - 55k + Car allowance

Location: Melton Mowbray

Overview:

We have an opportunity for a Quality Engineer from a precast concrete environment to join our client's team. You will bring QA/QC experience to produce workshop drawings for infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for implementing drafting standards and establish a review process to accelerate the creation of workshop drawings while ensuring quality in every technical package.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• QA/QC of workshop drawings to produce prestressed concrete beams.
• Support to Structural Engineer implementing standards of quality documentation.
• Support to Document Controllers during the preparation and transmittal of workshop drawings.
• Implementing client's standards for concrete detailing of structures.

You will have:

• Experience with reinforced concrete/Prestressed concrete.
• Ability to use Tekla Structures.
• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural Engineering.
