Quality Engineer - Marine Projects

Rullion are looking to recruit for the following position:

• Marine Quality Engineer
• Inside IR35
• Newcastle Upon Tyne , UK
• Hybrid Role- Must be able to commute 3 days a week to office.
• �35-40 per hour.

Mission/ Position Headline:

Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Marine QMS requirements. Assist the Marine Quality Team Lead in developing processes for the future of Marine Quality and ensuring readiness for the delivery of business needs now and in the future.

Areas of Responsibilty:
* Manage delivery of Customer quality requirements.
* Manage non-conformance including investigations and RCAs.
* Support during external audits.
* Conduct internal audits.
Dimension of Function/Volume:
* Assist the Marine Quality Team Leader in the delivery of Marine Quality Management System processes.
Contacts (internal/external):
* Reports to the Marine Quality Team Leader.
* Liaises at all levels across the business in order to deliver defined objectives.
* Interfaces with Customers and Suppliers when required.

Education and Experience
*Strong understanding of process development and digitalization.
*Able to demonstrate ability to work methodically with high volume and accuracy.

*Self starter with the ability to work individually and as part of a team

• A minimum of 2 years Quality Management experience in Aerospace, Military, Automotive or similar industry.

Education & Training

• Minimum HNC or equivalent in an Engineering related subject.
• Proficient in the use Digital Technologies with a good understanding of IT and software.
