You'll oversee staff selection, development, and training processes to align team competencies with business objectives. With a keen eye on quality, you'll ensure that components are inspected using precise techniques to meet department standards. Flexibility is key as you'll be adjusting work schedules to address scheduling and inspection quality issues swiftly.
