Quality Control Inspector job, working for a multi-disciplinary consultancy that provide services across residential and regeneration/mixed use sectors. Our client is looking to speak with either ICWCI, CIOB, or CABE chartered individuals who have property inspection experience. For this role, they are looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 + Car Allowance up to £4,500.
Our client provide modern services, in the residential and regeneration sectors for local authority and residential clients. They are now looking for a Quality Control Inspector to work on projects in Birmingham, Nottingham, and other areas throughout the Midlands.
Role & Responsibilities
Work collaboratively and collectively with clients, contractors, and further construction teams
Prioritise the quality programmes, share knowledge and offer advise as and when required
Offer support through the pre – and post-contract phases
Develop and maintain the understanding of quality assurance procedures
Provide expert reports and assign tasks for resolution
Ensure resolutions are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Experience
Either of ICWCI/CABE/CIOB qualifications are an advantage
On-site inspection experience is mandatory
Fire Inspection
Full UK driving license.
