Mon-Thurs 7.30am - 4.30pm and Fri 7.00am - 1.00pm

Quality�Control Checker / DIM Checker - Responsibilities

• Inspection of pipes for uneven surfaces, leaks, corrosion and other visual impairments


• Evaluate workmanship and dimensions to ensure pipes meet client specifications


• Use tools and techniques to assess pipe condition


• Conduct impact resistance tests, tensile strength tests and temperature tests to ensure compliance with international standards


• Pipe quality control is essential to comply with regulations - standards cover inspection and testing of� pipe welds, non-destructive testing and defect / repair / removal etc.


• Ensuring proper records and paperwork is documented�

Quality Control Checker / DIM Checker - Requirements

• Experience with PIPE and within Steel Fabrication or manufacturing environments


• Excellent IT skills with the ability to manipulate data using excel


• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications


• Self-motivated and able to work independently


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
